On Wednesday, November 17, 2021, the City Council & Planning Commission held a joint workshop to discuss the draft objective design standards. The objective design standards will become a key chapter of the Downtown Precise Plan that will regulate the built form and character of future development that is subject only to streamlined review. This workshop was a follow-up to the Downtown Planning & Housing Element Subcommittee meeting held on September 27, 2021.
Staff Recommendation: Receive the report, take public comment, and provide feedback on the draft objective design standards.
Action: Feedback was provided and no action was taken.
