2nd HCD Comment Letter Received

On January 13, 2023, the City received its 2nd HCD Comment Letter in response to the revised draft Housing Element. The Nov 2022 revised draft Housing Element was submitted to HCD in mid-November for a 60-day review period.

The Planning Commission will be considering a recommendation for adoption of Plan Orinda on Wednesday, January 18th at 7pm. At the meeting, staff will provide an overview of how HCD’s comments are being addressed.
