HCD Compliance Letter

On March 30, 2023, the City received a letter from HCD stating that the adopted Housing Element has been found in full compliance with State Housing Element Law.

Next steps will include implementation of the policies, programs, and action items of the adopted Housing Element. The City will have three years and 120 days to complete all rezoning and General Plan Amendments described in the adopted Housing Element.
