Nov 2022 Revised Draft Housing Element

Read the November 2022 revised draft Housing Element! At the November 1st City Council meeting, the Sept 2022 draft Housing Element was presented for feedback. Based on the feedback received by the Council and public, the Sept 2022 draft Housing Element has been revised. All edits have been highlighted and included in tracked changes.

Any revision to the draft Housing Element must be made available for at least 7-days prior to submittal to HCD. Once submitted, HCD will have a new 60-day period to review Orinda's revised Housing Element.
