Revised Draft Safety Element

Read the revised draft Safety Element! The first draft of the Safety Element was released in June. Since release of the first draft, staff and the consultant team have made a number of edits to the Safety Element based on feedback at prior meetings, comments from CalFire, and the draft Evacuation Analysis.

A virtual Planning Commission meeting on December 14, 2022 at 7pm and a virtual City Council meeting on January 10, 2023 at 7pm will be held to obtain feedback on the revised draft Safety Element. See the Calendar page for more information regarding the upcoming meetings.
