On Tuesday, November 15th, the City Council held a meeting to provide feedback on the Evacuation Analysis that has been prepared as a component of the Safety Element. The Evacuation Analysis identifies emergency scenarios, analyzes expected intersection and roadway constraints, and analyzes vulnerable locations in the City.
